Ardington Archives’ three archive stores, which have a combined capacity of over 100,000 storage boxes, are the core of our archive storage business. Our secure archive stores are modern and purpose-built for record storage rather than adapted from general use.  They are suitable for archiving most documents, but are particularly cost effective for general company records.

Process

All storage areas are secured with high specification alarm systems and benefit from restricted access.  Utilising industry leading digital barcode technology, boxes can immediately be identified, tracked and located.

Argonite Pods

Our secure vaults are built to BS4971 standards, offering an additional level of security, four-hour fire resistance, an internal argonite fire suppression system, and are temperature and humidity controlled.

Our unique storage pods not only offer an additional level of security over the standard secure archive stores, but also the reassurance offered by an internal argonite fire suppression system with four-hour fire resistance.
